How to Grow Your Dental PracticePull into the parking lot, look at how the parking lot looks.

Is it attractive? Would you as a new patient want to walk in? Make it inviting.

Come in. Sit down.

How are your waiting room chairs? What kind of information is around you? What would you soak up? What do you want your patients to see and how is that going to reflect on your office?

Sit in your chair. When was the last time you did that? Take a peak.

Are there water stains on the ceiling? Are there cobwebs in the side?

Just go through and be a patient and make a list and start working on it and I think you'll find you'll keep a much more consistent experience and it'll be very warm and inviting for your patients.

How to Effectively Communicate with Dental Patients

Dr. Johnson grew up in a small coal-mining town in Kentucky. She excelled academically and eventually earned her doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Today, she is one of only a few dentists to be appointed as an Academic Advisor for the prestigious Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry where she assists in training other dentists regarding new clinical techniques and advances. Dr. Johnson and her husband, Jason Johnson (an IT professional), have been married five years and have a beautiful daughter.
