How to Grow Your Dental PracticePull into the parking lot, look at how the parking lot looks.

Is it attractive? Would you as a new patient want to walk in? Make it inviting.

Come in. Sit down.

How are your waiting room chairs? What kind of information is around you? What would you soak up? What do you want your patients to see and how is that going to reflect on your office?

Sit in your chair. When was the last time you did that? Take a peak.

Are there water stains on the ceiling? Are there cobwebs in the side?

Just go through and be a patient and make a list and start working on it and I think you'll find you'll keep a much more consistent experience and it'll be very warm and inviting for your patients.
