So, a tip to keep improving and growing your office is to focus on the new patient experience. Every month you should be having monthly meetings. I would recommend that at least quarterly you and your office staff actually go through your office as if you were a new patient.
Transcript continued below...
Is it attractive? Would you as a new patient want to walk in? Make it inviting.
How are your waiting room chairs? What kind of information is around you? What would you soak up? What do you want your patients to see and how is that going to reflect on your office?
Are there water stains on the ceiling? Are there cobwebs in the side?
Just go through and be a patient and make a list and start working on it and I think you'll find you'll keep a much more consistent experience and it'll be very warm and inviting for your patients.
